is designed in Germany and handcrafted with passion in Düsseldorf. High-quality materials and components are used to ensure

Finalizing your order: once you confirm our offer, we will produce your order and prepare it for shipment.
We ship our products in small, flat packages whenever possible to reduce environmental impact. We aim to avoid plastic packaging as much as possible. Orders with a total value of €100.00 or more are delivered free of charge to your doorstep.
Once your order has been received, the products are handcrafted by us. The delivery time is approximately 2 weeks after receipt of payment.
Please also use our contact form or send us an email for this purpose. Orders can be modified or canceled until production begins. Unfortunately, changes or cancellations are no longer possible once production has started.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If an item does not meet your expectations, you are of course welcome to return it – fair, simple, and transparent.

Condition of the Goods
Products must be unused and undamaged and should preferably be returned in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.
Refund
Once we have inspected the returned item, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the order.
Return Shipping
You are generally responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product was delivered faulty or damaged, we will of course cover the shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Please note: Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

JUo3 should simply be dusted with a soft, dry cloth. For heavier dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying the surface thoroughly.
For waxed surfaces, the manufacturer recommends re-waxing to maintain durability. If needed, small scratches can be repaired with a sanding sponge and wax. A suitable care kit is available — please contact us for more information.
JUo3 has a waxed surface. If moisture comes into contact with the waxed Acrystal surface, simply wipe it off gently with a soft cloth. The important thing is to ensure that no moisture remains in small grooves or indentations – this way, the wax stays intact and continues to protect the material in the long term.
